Stands are 3m x 2m and include the following:

  • Curved exhibition pod 3m x 2m
  • 2 exhibition attendees with full access to all exhibition and poster areas
  • 13 amp power socket
  • 150w halogen down-light
  • Event catering for stand attendees
  • Name board
  • Logo and 100 word company profile on event website and in event brochure

There are also a limited number of premium space stands available.  These stands include:

  • Space only area 3.5m x 2.5m
  • 2 exhibition attendees with full access to all exhibition and poster areas
  • 13 amp power socket
  • Event catering for stand attendees
  • Name board
  • Logo and 100 word company profile on event website and in event brochure

Stand rates are dependant on exhibitor type (except premium space stands which are charged at one standard rate). Please choose the number of stands that you require under the relevant organisation type below:
Public sector rate £600.00 + VAT (£105.00) = £705.00
Private sector rate

Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment must be received in full before the date of the event, otherwise entry will be refused. All late registrations (10 working days or less prior to the event) must be paid by credit card. As standard with all registrations, VAT invoices and receipts of payment will be issued as confirmation of registration. Invoices must be paid within 7 days or before the event, whichever is soonest. If your organisation cannot pay within this time please contact the conference office to pay by credit card. Please provide an email address where requested so that future communication can be sent to you.
As part of quality control all organisation types will be checked. If an incorrect organisation type has accidentally been selected then we reserve the right to charge the correct fee and debit your credit card accordingly.
Cancellations:
We regret that we are unable to refund any fees paid in the event of cancellation for any reason.
Programme Changes/Information:
It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, to change the programme content, speakers and/or timings. The NSM Centre, University of Lethbridge & the Chinese University of Hong Kong is not liable for any changes.
