World Bank Approved Delegates
A subsidised full conference package rate of £250.00 + VAT is available to citizens who live and work in a country eligible to borrow from the World Bank. To view the list click here. In order to qualify for this rate you must register with an email address native to your country. To register for this package please select either of the above rates and enter ‘wbs rate’ in the promotional code box below. On the payment page select the option to be invoiced. Subject to approval, the discount will be applied once your invoice is sent. This rate is subject to availability.
Students
A subsidised full conference package rate of £250.00 + VAT is also available to Students in the UK and abroad. In order to qualify for this rate you must register with an email address relative to your academic institution. Accommodation
 A limited number of bedrooms are available at the conference hotel (Hilton Brighton Metropole). These rooms are available at a discounted rate of £110 + VAT bed & breakfast per single occupancy room per night. In order to book these rooms please select the nights on which you require accommodation.

Should you wish to book accommodation elsewhere in Brighton on 28th & 29th September 2008, please email the World Social Marketing Conference Office on wsmc@confpeople.co.uk for a list of alternative accommodation.
 
A limited number of bedrooms are available at the conference hotel (Hilton Brighton Metropole) for the nights before and after the conference. These rooms are available subject to availability and should be booked by 25th August 2008  to avoid disappointment. Should you wish to reserve a room one these nights please select the relevant night below.

Payment for accommodation will be processed by the Hilton on check-out from the hotel. Therefore accommodation fees will not be included in the invoice. Please read booking terms and conditions with regard to cancellation of hotel accommodation.

The conference dinner will take place on the evening of Monday 29th September. The dinner package includes a welcome drink, 3 course dinner with coffee, half bottle wine per person & water.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment must be received in full before the date of the event, otherwise entry may be refused. All late registrations (10 working days or less prior to the event) must be paid by credit card. As standard with all registrations, VAT invoices and receipts of payment will be issued as confirmation of registration. Invoices must be paid within 30 days or before the event, whichever is soonest. If your organisation cannot pay within this time please contact the conference office to pay by credit card. Please provide an email address where requested so that future communication can be sent to you.
As part of quality control all organisation types will be checked. If an incorrect organisation type has accidentally been selected then we reserve the right to charge the correct fee and debit your credit card accordingly. You will be notified of this prior to charging your card.
Cancellations:
Cancellations of conference, accommodation and conference dinner must be confirmed in writing (email/fax with a signature is acceptable) and received (not postmarked) by the WSM Conference Office by 5:00 pm on Friday September 5th  2008. The fax number is +44 1323 637777. A cancellation fee of £80 will be charged to cover administrative costs. Written cancellations received after Friday September 5th  2008 will be charged 100% of the conference/accommodation/conference dinner rates booked. If original payment was made by cheque, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks to be refunded.
Substitutions are welcome without penalty.
Programme Changes/Information:
It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, to change the programme content, speakers and/or timings. The NSM Centre, University of Lethbridge & the Chinese University of Hong Kong are not liable for any changes.
